After much talk about the African black soap, I will like us to discuss it a bit. Before then, I was able to pull out this article on how it can be used to treat acne and stretch marks. Read on.

Cocoa pod powder has Anti-bacterial properties and natural antioxidants that give the black soap its strength. In addition, the cocoa pod powder gives the soap the natural color.

3. Palm kernel oil:

Full of anti-bacterial and anti-aging properties that is an essential requirement for treating bacterial infected skin. Also, the anti-aging property within the oil helps keep the skin fresh.

4. Coconut oil:

Similarly, the coconut oil has anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties ready to fight any fungal infection to the skin.

While the above mentioned ingredients are the bedrock of any black soap, some other makers of the soap add the following ingredients to it.

5. Shea butter:

Shea butter also has its own benefits to the skin. Some black soap makers add it to the composition so that it gives the soap an additional moisturizing benefit.

6. Honey:

Natural honey is rich in Antioxidants and at the same time, help smoothing out the skin.

As can be seen, all the basic nutrients in natural black soap are essential for a healthy skin.

Benefits associated to the use of African black soap

If you are considering starting using the black African soap and wondering what benefit it can bring to your skin, you need to read this part.

For the fact that the soap is made up of natural ingredients derives from plants, its finished product has the following benefits for mankind.

1. It helps to treat acne:
